We are a fun & professional team who are passionate about feeling good and doing good. We are an officially-recognised Sustainable Salon that recycles 95% of our salon’s waste.
We are proud stockists of your favourite brands, Original Mineral, Davroe, ELEVEN Australia, K18 & St Renais.
Our story...
Within the heart of Newcastle, in the leafy community of New Lambton sits a salon fuelled by coffee and creativity.
At our Eco-Friendly, Sustainable salon we are proud stockists of Original Mineral, Davroe, Eleven Australia & K18. All our colours are Ammonia, PPD and resorcinol free. Making for happy, healthy hair without compromising beautiful colour.
We are passionate about all things hair, specialising in the world of creative colouring & bridal styling with us now being Bride’s Choice Awards finalists for 3 years running.
After 13 years of Blanc and three salons later we have now settled in our “forever for now” home on Regent street with our team of creative, fun & friendly stylists.
Committed to reducing our carbon footprint, we are now partnered with Sustainable Salons Australia & are AHC Green Salon accredited. We believe that by making these environmentally conscious decisions we can help you to still look good whilst minimising the impact we have on our planet.
We would love to look after you and your hair whilst giving you a beautiful salon experience. So come & relax with a coffee, a cocktail or glass of wine, have a giggle at our joke of the week in our basin room and enjoy watching the neighbourhood doggies pop their heads in to say hello.

MEET BRIE- Boss Lady, Director, Creator of Blanc and inspiration to us all! How lucky we are to have scored such a kind, understanding, motivated and loving boss.
Brie is our wedding guru, styling and creating the most magical looks for our Blanc Brides! If you are looking for a wedding stylist look no further, Brie is your girl! Her dedication to your big day is unmatched. Brie has a contagious smile, hair that dreams are made of and the kindest heart! It’s a pleasure watching Brie work her magic. Her passion and love for all things hair is admired by all of us. We are so unbelievably lucky to have her!

MEET EMMA- Our favourite hype girl! Her talent lies in knowing what you want and what will suit you before you even do! Full of charisma and over 15 years experience its no wonder she is booked out for months in advance! Loyal to a fault, Emma makes sure her clients leave feeling like kings and queens with smiles ear to ear every salon visit. We think she’s the bomb, we know you will too!

SENIOR STYLIST & MUA
MEET SHAI- Blanc’s OG makeup artist! This girl can most definitely transform a face, not to mention hair as well! Queen of balayage and lived in colour Shai makes everything she does look effortless yet full of grace! A jack of all trades, she also has a day behind the scenes on a Monday making sure the salon wheels keep turning. With 6 years of being a Blanc babe under her belt it’s safe to say we would be lost without her and her joyful energy.

SENIOR STYLIST, salon and marketing coordinator , MUA
MEET TAYLA- Our creative, exuberant salon manager! When she isn’t on the floor creating textured hair cuts and vibrant colours you can find her out at weddings as one of our bridal teams MUA’s and hair stylists. Tay is the brain behind most of our socials, having 2 days behind the scenes she keeps us all organised and makes sure us girls and our clients are happy and looked after. There isn’t a thing that this woman can’t do, She is the definition of a POWERHOUSE!!

MEET MADDI- Blonde babes look no further! Mads is your girl! From baby lights, face framing, back to back blondes and choosing the right tone for you and your skin tone, this girl nails it all!
If you have the pleasure of meeting Mads then you know she is the sweetest soul and will always go above and beyond to make sure her clients have the best possible salon experience. She radiates cool and you will leave wanting to be either be like her or be her friend…. we don’t blame you !

Salon & Marketing Coordinator
MEET SAMMIE- Our Wonder Woman! With an eye for detail like no other Sammie is the creative mind behind the emails that hit your inboxes! When she isn’t behind the screen or on the phone organising your appointments, you can find her on the front line, making sure that our clients have everything they need and that the salon flows like a well oiled machine. She manages to do all of this with ease, spreading her captivating aura and gorgeous charm everywhere she goes. She is the friend you never knew you needed until you meet her!

MEET CHARLEY- The newest addition to our Blanc fam and boy aren’t we glad we found her! Her passion and talent shine through into all her work leaving her clients with that WOW feeling from start to finish! Specialising in long hair and lived in colour Charley has the magic touch! We count our lucky stars everyday that she found her way to us!

2nd year apprentice
MEET MYA- Bouncy blow-dry QUEEN! This chick will rock your socks off with her legendary head massaging skills, you haven’t had a head message or bouncy blow-dry until you have had Mya! Forever keeping us on on trend and in the loop with her tutorials she never misses a beat and is always up for a laugh! As sweet as the lollies she inhales this babe has a cheeky side and we wouldn’t want her any other way!

1st year apprentice
MEET MIA- The newest member of our Blanc family. Mia will be commencing her apprenticeship this year & has settled into the studio with ease making life a whole lot easier for our senior stylists. Mia is a quick learner & is already confident in toning, styling & blowdrying. We are super grateful to have such a cheerful, sweet & ambitious gal join our team.
