Our Cancellation Policy

We understand how busy life can be and how last-minute changes can affect your daily routine. However, when a client does not turn up to their appointment or doesn’t give us enough notice that they cannot attend, another client misses out on securing that appointment and we are left without business for that time.

To ensure we can offer the best service to you and all the valued clients we have in place the following salon policies.

We greatly appreciate your support of our salon and we will promise to provide the utmost professional service to you with every visit.

Blanc Hair Studio Has a 48 hour cancellation policy in place.

For all services needing 1 hour or more we require a $50.00 booking fee to be made to secure your appointment.
This booking fee can then be used to either, rebook your next appointment or can be taken off the balance of your appointment value on the current date.
We please ask as a courtesy at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule of the appointment, so we have time to allocate the appointment to another client.
Cancellations, reschedules or no shows within the 48 hour period forfeit their booking fee.
We send out a reminder text 2-3 days prior to your appointment, please use this time to make any changes to your appointment.
All cancellations or reschedules are required to notify us during our trading hours.
